Updated via-sdmmc driver submitted to mainline

Today, I've submitted the latest version of the via-sdmmc driver to lkml and Pierre Ossman, the kernel sdmmc maintainer.

Since the last submissin in early april has not received many additional fedback, I hope we can make the 2.6.31 merge window. This has been once again taking way too long. VIA has to improve its turnaround time significantly in the future.
