German National Education and Research Network reports on OpenBTS and OpenBSC

Issue 77 of the regular publication "DFN Mitteilungen" of the German National Research Network (DFN) reports on Open Source software for GSM networks, specifically OpenBTS and OpenBSC.

I'm happy to see that at least some parts in academia are now discovering this software and use it for research purpose. That's great news!
