Today I had the pleasure of being invited to have lunch with by Professor Bo-Yin Yang of Academica Sinica, Chen-Mou Cheng from National Taiwan University as well as some research assistants.
It was good to hear that they are working among other things on RFID security, and that they're excited about analyzing actual real-world systems. They also seemed pretty excited about the open source efforts in the GSM world, being a key milestone towards enabling more practical security research in that area
I hope to stay in touch and am looking forward to any publications in those respective subjects.
